18th November 23 - Swimming

This afternoon it was Older Group's turn for a trip to Hydro Hub. We had a lovely swim & hydrotherapy session as always! This morning some of the group headed to Hollacombe for their Christmas Fair, whilst the rest of the group had a relaxed sensory morning, having a stretch and some time out of their chairs, whilst enjoying the light room & rebound.
